Size down if you plan to wear this around your waist. I am normally size S, or 4-6 in bottoms, I got XS in this belt and it's still big, I need to make extra holes. Otherwise, great quality.

I love this belt! . If you're like me planning on wearing this on your waist rather than hips take size smaller. I am jeans size 27 and size S was too big .
