I like it. Some say it's taller than expected, but I think it's not. It comes flattened and once you pop it back into the rectangle shape it's supposed to be, it looks just like the photo. It isn't firm though, so it can lose its shape easily, depending on what you put inside. I like that because it means I can squeeze it into an over stuffed bag if i need to. I plan to use it as a toiletry bag, instead of a diaper bag. I think it would be a bit small for a diaper bag, but maybe it would work for some people. I love that it is machine washable. It feels soft and the zipper works well, although I wish there was another handle on the other side. It's nice to hold onto while pulling the zipper open, but then there's nothing to grab when zipping it closed. Overall, I think it's very cute, soft, and the perfect size for some make-up and toiletries when travelling.
