Love this vest with a midi/maxi white skirt or white denim. The collar can be turned down to give it a notch effect or left rounded. Fits true to size and has decent tailoring for the price.

The arm holes were too big also it somehow was pulling across my abdomen? Weird fit. Good quality material and not too short.
