About the H&M Gift Card
Gift cards are only available in store.

The card can be loaded with the desired amount, anything between S$10 and S$950. The card can be presented as full or part payment for any goods in our H&M stores. The amount will be deducted from your card and any remaining balance will be displayed on your receipt. No change or refund will be given but the balance may be applied to future purchases.

To check your card balance, visit our stores. Please have your card number available.

To top-up your card simply visit any H&M store.

Terms & Conditions
Use of this card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This card is redeemable for merchandise in any H&M Singapore stores. This card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card and cannot be exchanged for cash or be used towards the purchase of another H&M Gift card. Retain Gift card as balance can be topped up. The minimum amount required to activate or top-up this card is S$10 and the maximum card limit is S$950. This Gift card remains active 2 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. After this time the card will expire and any outstanding balance will be deducted. H&M is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of Gift card. H&M reserves the right to amend these term and conditions without notice.

Merchandise Return Card
Use of this card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Card cannot be reloaded and the balance cannot be transferred. Maximum Card limit is S$500. This card is redeemable for merchandise (except gift cards) in any H&M store in Singapore This card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the balance value is zero, the card will automatically expire. This card remains active for 1 year from the date of last transaction. After this time the card will expire without notice and any outstanding balance will be lost. H&M is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of this Merchandise credit. H&M reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
