I'm not 14 but definitely a +. I'm a 32B and wanted a non padded comfortable light bra. This has a mesh/net on either sides and I love the quality of this. Funnily I could go a size down too but this is perfectly comfortable. The band is very soft and quality of fabric is exactly what I hoped

Always such great quality from H&M, bought this for my 15 year old daughter who's quite slim but average height so it's always a bit of a gamble buying clothing online for her but this was great fit and sizing (so maybe it's on the smaller size of sizing?)

Good quality tops that are comfortable to wear (says my daughter!). They have some small holes in them at the sides which are also good for breathability when wearing for sports.

I thought it will be more like a bra for my daughter. Turned out quite long. Still quite nice. Decided to keep.
