These are great for wearing with trainers as the silicon at the back stops them from falling down. This protects the back of your foot from rubbing against the trainer. I have recommended these to others.

These socks are a staple for me. I bought them for the first time last summer and have done so again this year. Their high cotton content feels good when worn all day. They also stay put!
