It's just perfect, I can push the bottom of the trouser in it and it's keeps my daughter warm and dry. She got a lot of compliment how cute her boots are. I want a knee length for her, but she is only 20 months old. It might be too heavy for her. Anyway, we are happy with this!

I originally sized up and I shouldn't have as they are on the longer side. My daughter loves them, they are easy to put on and off a 15month old and seem comfortable. Also a good quality boot for the price point.

Super cute! I will say, a little bit taller probably would work better for toddlers running in puddles. However, they do the job, are good quality, and are SO cute!

Bought a size 4-5 for my 12month old, they fit okay, should get a more snug wear in them over the next few months. Good quality too.
