Use on clean skin for at least five minutes at a time and apply face oil or serum for a gentler massage. Repeat the following motions five times: Roll outwards under the jawline, outwards along the eyebrows and up over the forehead. Always roll in just one direction, never forwards and backwards. Roll from the middle of the face upwards and outwards for a calming and relaxing feeling.
