This is an adult shirt, not a child's sweater dress. The 8/10 fits a grown woman that wears size medium. What can I say, this is not sized appropriately, will return and maybe the size down will fit. The fabric feels really nice and the pattern is really fun for Pokémon fans so it's a shame that the sizing is so off.

Dress in printed, lightweight sweatshirt fabric. Round neckline, dropped shoulders with gathers and long sleeves. Ribbing around the neckline and at the cuffs.
