First of all, I absolutely LOVE this dress. It's super cool!! It's sheer at the exactly right places (arms and the bottom of the skirt, showing some legs.) A few things, though: 1). The shoulder pads aren't your typical pads--they are BIG. I mean 80's big. You have to be cool to pull it off. 2). I tried it on with high heel boots. The dress made sounds when I walked! The rhinestones rubbed against my boots, making it sounds like I was wearing an armor. 3). The dress I received was missing a rhinestone in the front. It's very obvious. Even though I could exchange for another dress it made me think that the stones might not be glued on properly. In time they may slowly fall off. I don't know if that's the case but one missing stone could ruin the whole dress. I wasn't willing to risk it so I returned the dress even though I loved it. 4). This is likely my own mistake but the dress turned out to be much 9longer than I anticipated. I'm pretty short at 5'3". I think the dress would look absolutely perfect if it was about 6" shorter. The length on me looked too much like an evening gown to my liking.
