Tiered maxi dress

I wore this for the first time this weekend. Looks lovely on. There is a but…….. the buttons kept coming undone. The trim between the buttons and the opposite side of the dress don't always meet up and expose you. I had to wear a body con under it to be comfortable and confident wearing it. I'm going to have to send it to be professionally sewn up. Not great at that price point. Such a shame that they design clothing like this without sorting problems before it hits the shop floor

This is my second attempt, as first was way too big. This is still quite big, and I could probably size down again. But the material is absolutely lovely, and I quite like the over-sized look, so will probably keep it. Colour gorgeous too. I can see the way the buttons are styled that it is likely to 'gape' a bit, which won't be a problem for me, as I'll wear it more of an 'overcoat with something under it. But it probably would be if I wanted to wear it on its own.

very soft and lightweight but see through, although i did expect that so i can't be too mad. it is shorter than a typical maxi and another h&m maxi i have, i'm 5'4 and it's 2-3 inches above my ankles so for that reason i will be returning (i wear leggings under my dresses for modesty reasons and don't like leggings showing under my dresses). might not be good to taller girls who want a true maxi but maybe for the shorter girls. everything fits perfect otherwise

I know everyone is saying it's massive but it's really not. I'm a size 8 UK and I baught size S and it was absolutely fine, yes baggy but not so huge. It's the perfect 'baggy dress'. I'm also 5ft2in and it hits right at my ankles. It's such a soft material. The buttons do not gape , as that was an issue pointed out in comments too. But mine is absolutely fine and concealed. I am super happy with it. It's the perfect spring summer dress

Oh wow ! What a beaut this dress is. Fabric is so soft and floaty. The print is amazing. The mandarin collar is a neat touch. Colours are feminine. I.had ordered both the M and L for 16/18 body size with a 36DD bust.. Both sizes looked good on,but I liked the idea of more fabric at the bottom so when tied at the waist it drapes nice and long at the back in soft folds. Seriously recommend this.

This is a lovely dress. I ordered in size large and it is way bigger than I expected. When I tie the waste there is too much fabric gathered to the the sides and back. The material is also incredibly thin. You can't wear this dress without wearing proper under slip or biker shorts. I honestly expected more from this dress for the price.

I am currently 6 months pregnant but I still ordered my usual size S in this dress as it's huge! Even the buttons aren't tight over my bump and I have plenty more room to fit into it. The pattern is beautiful and the material is perfect for the summer sunshine. I would size down by 2 sizes if you're considering getting this dress!

I love the print and the fact that it was on sale. I m size 18 about 5.6 tall. The size M was absolutely right and the thin belt help shaping it better. I m happy as I hardly wear dresses except for well made ones covering appropriately arms and legs enough for a mature lady and it is flowy and light enough for the summer whether.

Absolutely gorgeous dress. Sadly it wasn't the right fit for me so I've now returned it, but someone who is after the XS will be over the moon as this dress has such a lovely feel for the summer, and a great pattern....almost nostalgic. Perhaps that got me in the first place. It is very oversized - this is intended.

Love the colour. Nice and light for the summer. Not as see-thru as the other colours in this dress I have bought every colour as they are great for summer. However, this one is slightly shorter than the others so one star less. Bought xs and usually wear 8-10. Can only shape with a belt otherwise it's huge!
