Step 1: Apply the matte eye shadow on the center of the lid, then blend out with a finger, or brush to work on the edges and crease. Step 2: Apply the metallic eye shadow on top of the matte eye shadow for a more glamorous look. Tip! The metallic eye shadow can be used as an eyeliner as well. Glazed/wet eyelids with 001 Basic B: Step 1: Apply 001 Basic B – the matte side - and blend out over the entire eyelid. Then add the metallic end in the middle of your eyelid and blend it out naturally.
