Definitely size down even for a regular fit not even to have it feel fitted. This dress comes up quite large and the knit of the material has a certain amount of stretch to it. It's not as high quality material as I'd hoped but is nice enough. It has a slight boat neckline which is nice. The cuffs on the sleeves are wide and curl up slightly which is a nice look. I had a couple of loose threads in my dress that I had to pull through. Yes it is see through but due to the close knit of material large underwear would suffice or a slip if complete modesty is preferred. I would recommend it but after a few washes I'm expecting the colour to become dull due the type of material it's made with.
