Very sweet print. Pretty flimsy hat but that's what you get for the cost. My daughter is 1, so at the very smallest end of the 1-6 scale and it's too big for her right now. The Velcro can tighten it but I find the left over Velcro sticks in her hair which is not ideal. Poppers or even traditional adjusters would be better.
