Ficus Ginseng grows in the beautiful south of China and Malaysia. Ginseng is the Chinese word for 'root', which refers to the plant's trunk. It takes years for this roots to form. Then the small-leaved ficus is grafted onto the rootstock. With a lot of patience, the plant is pruned to create the bonsai-like shape. Ficus belongs to the mulberry family (Moraceae) and is one of the most popular Bonsai species for beginners. The plant is delivered in a inner- pot with a diameter of 21 cm.
