The Ceropegia Woodii is very easy to take care of. It belongs to the succulent family. This means it has special roots to store water. The Latin name of the Chinese lantern plant is Ceropegia Woodii. However, its nickname is "String of Hearts" which you'll understand as soon as you see the plants. Its leaves look like little hearts on the strands of the plant. But where does the name Chinese lantern plant come from? This special hanging plant can flower, and as soon as it does, little flowers appear that look like Chinese lanterns. A very special, but above all very beautiful hanging plant. Eventually the plant can grow strings of over a meter long! The plant is delivered in a inner-pot with a diameter of 14 cm.
