Wide trousers

I bought the light beige and the black in these trousers, both in a size 8. The light beige are perfect - more like an off-white (which is what I wanted), lovely material, comfortable and flattering. The black were also nice, but the material wasn't as nice (the light ones were lined but the black aren't?). They didn't fit as well, weren't as comfortable nor as flattering. I kept the off-white but returned the black. Both were slightly too long on me, but I'm 5"1 so I expected this. Hopefully one day H&M will do waist and length in women's clothes like they do in men's!

These look like they'd be really nice but I couldn't get them over my bottom. I am a UK size 12 and have even purchased two cargo style trousers from H&M in this size recently with no issue (in fact, one of those came up quite loose on the waist so I need a belt) so H&M's inconsistent sizing means you probably need to size up on these if you are quite peachy like me. I wish H&M would sort their sizing out because trying to order trousers online is a nightmare, the sizing is sooo varied and I find the whole experience extremely frustrating.

These trousers have a nice shape but the quality is not it. The first time I bought these there was a problem with the seam/zipper so the fabric would stick up even after I ironed it down. There was also a bunch of fraying on the seams. So I returned them and ordered a second pair which is better, the seams are still fraying where the zipper and clasps are. Looks cheap for 25 quid. They are cute, but I doubt the quality is going to look any better after regular wear.

i did not have much hope for this as the fabric is quite thin but it looks nice on so i am keeping it. The trousers are very long so i have used that length to make a turn up which gives it more weight at the hemline. It would be better if we could review items after being able to wash them and see how they wear. i have not worn these yet so don't know how they will fare.

I really like the colour and style but ordered up a size due to reviews and subsequently too big. I dislike having to order two sizes as seems like a waste but wish I had done. I am going to try my normal size and see what the fit is like. These are too long but I'm short so is always the way. These trousers take up well with hemming tape.

Honestly the sizing is wild! I'm a 10/12 but wanted a baggy look like on the model so sized up all the way to a 16 and they're fitted, not baggy at all. The model must be wearing a 16 plus to get that effect I just wish they showed what clothes actually fit like / be honest about what size the model is wearing

Really gorgeous well fitting trousers. Great material that drapes well and looks more expensive than they are. I'm a pear shaped size 8, and the size 8 for me was the perfect fit. It is worth noting that the material of these pale beige ones is better quality & much thicker than the dark beige & black ones.

One of the smallest trousers I have ever tried on H&M. The material and look of them is nice but they run very small. Length however is spot on, for reference i am 5.6 and they hit perfectly below my ankle. Unfortunately had to return as I would need to size up 3 sizes in order these to fit properly.

I'm 5'3 and usually a size 6-8 for reference. I bought the 6 and they fit perfectly! Length wise they sit just above the floor with no shoes on. I have a smaller waist with larger hips and they're very flattering. I got the beige - With a narrow black/brown waist belt they look so chic.

Gorgeous trousers! Exactly what I was looking for. Really good quality and a lovely flattering fit. Not too wide where they look ridiculous, just right. The only thing is they come up a size too small (which happens a lot with h&m) I'm an 8 and I had to get a 10 which fit perfectly.
