Fancy dress costume

This is much nicer than supermarket options but the fit is much more true to size than dress up clothes anywhere else which usually come up big. I ordered 3-4 for my 3.5 year old who wears 2-4/3-4 in H&M thinking it would last a while but it won’t last him much past his 4th birthday. So I’d say as far as costumes on the high street go, it comes up quite small, but spot on for the age it says, if you want it to last then size up maybe

Good quality to the body of the costume and fits really well. It's not easy to get decent fancy dress costumes in ages over 6. The negative is the mask though. Very thin and flimsy and lays flat so it's not comfortable to wear at all. Useless actually. We still used to costume because we have other batman masks but I would advise to pay more for a better mask if you can

I would say it is on the slim side. I bought it for my 5 and a half who is much bigger and taller than average and it fits him well, I just have to take a few inches off the length of arms and legs. I like that it has velcro, and not zip, at the back so son can take it off and put it on by himself.

My son enjoyed wearing this for World Book Day. He was able to comfortably wear it over the top of a short sleeved t-shirt and joggers. The neckline is big enough that it wasn't too high for him to feel like he was being strangled like some fancy dress costumes can be like.

Very happy with this, so glad that you can put it in the washing machine ( others I've looked at are sponge clean only) as kids get so mucky. It's a little long but will last longer if my grandson has a growing spert. Definitely value for money.

Really great quality costume. I like the fact that the mask comes to just over the nose rather than others that cover the whole face. Also love the fact that it just seems a bit more kid friendly than the other Spider-Man costumes - less muscly!

Bought for grandson's 4th birthday. Ordered 4-6 years and although it will fit him now I don't think it would at 6 years. Apart from that it is a brilliant outfit. Looks well made. Has velcro fastenings at the back. The hat/mask is great.

Way better than the other super markets ones we tried over the years. My son loves them. He is average weight but height wise 100 percentile so we went for 6-8 size instead of 5 year. Fits perfectly. Thankyou H&M for quality products

Bought for my nephew who is a huge marvel fan. He loved it, he is quite small for his age, he is 6 but wear an age 4-5 still so this was great as he will get some wear out of it still even if he has a growth spurt.

My son loves this, I would have preferred the back not to be Velcro as he is wearing for a bouncy castle party and I don’t want it pulled open. I like that the cape is velcro as I can easily remove.
