SOME ASSEMBLY PARTS ARE MISSING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You are assembling your new item from our H&M HOME collection but have noticed that some of the screws and plugs are missing.

All necessary parts should always be included in the parcel, so if they are not we are here to help.

Contact our Customer Service team and we will send you the missing parts free of charge. Make sure you have the article number of the incomplete item to hand when you contact us. The order number can be found on your receipt or order confirmation, or in My H&M.

Please note we can only send screws, bolts and plugs. For any other missing part(s), please return the item free of charge using the reason code 'defect'.
