im a size 16/L bottom and i will say that if you have thicker legs and bum than normal, definitely size up. i got a L and an XL and the XL fits me perfectly but it was still a struggle/squeeze and i feel like it will break easily. So im not even bothering to try on the L. Very comfortable and breathable on calves and standard tightness around thighs & above.

I absolutely love these tights. So much so that I’ve already bought them three times! They are really comfortable and don’t rip easily. I also love that they are high-waisted, and they don’t cut into my belly fat, like some tights do. If you’re plus-sized like me, look no further! And I’m sure these tights are great for other body types aswel.

I ordered these online, after being disappointed by lack of stock instore and it was worth the wait! I've been wearing H&M's comfort waistband tights for a few years as they're way better than other brands but the 'conscious' ones somehow seem even better! Great fit, don't ladder on first wear and they don't easily fall down!

Love these tights! Great value for money. I purchased these alongside the more expensive shaping and support tights and much prefer these. They don’t have a seam around the thigh which means there’s no need to worry that will show of wearing with a short dress/shorts/skirt. I’m 5ft 7 and a UK 10-12 and these fit perfectly.

The quality of the tights is quite nice but the sizing is way off the mark. I'm relatively a size 'L' in most of H&M's pieces but read the reviews and decided to size up. I honestly could have gone two sizes up as they just about fit. No idea why they are so small. Don't think I'd purchase again based on the sizing issue.

These are soo nice and comfy against the skin and fits perfectly. I recommend just going for an XL even if you wear extra small tights because it's tight around the waist, not too tigh but not loose at all. I wonder how smaller sizes feel like if the XL doesn't quite feel like XL

I was surprised with the quality of these tights. So much better than I thought they would be. They have a Matt finish, almost opaque look. The size is true to size and it's not low rise where you have to keep pulling them up. Would purchase these again.

Usually an S, but I have long legs so I sized up. Will definitely order more of these as they are surprisingly resistant! I even ran barefoot on the London streets and somehow they remained intact?! Amazing. They also feel soft to the touch.

The size is absolutely spot on for a 5'4 1/2. Only drawback is I got the one made in China but not Italy :( I wish H&M could keep having the tights and other products manufactured in other European and Asian countries.

These tights used to be amazing and would last for a long time. It would take a lot to end up with a hole or laddering. All you have to do now is sneeze and a ladder appears. Cheap quality. Very disappointed.
