These are so comfortable! I always get thongs from here and they are consistent size wise, I get a M and these fit well just like other styles. I’m about a 12 on bottoms usually so true to size I’d say.

Run a bit small, best fit a 10 I'd say rather than a 12 (ordered size M). Not really seamless either as they clearly show all the seams and edges.
