Ok, be prepared for a MEGA pushup!! I felt like a different person, in a good way! This is certainly not an everyday wear bra but I can't tell the different in quality between this and a more expensive pushups from a department store. I will say that as a smaller C / larger B (because like all women, this fluctuates!) I don't recommend this for any cup sizes above mine - as you may not be fully 'covered', just the nature of having more padding. For smaller chests this is a miracle worker! Not uncomfortable and fits well at the back :)
