Sizing is poor. You are better off getting the full elasticated trousers. This will not grow with your belly.

Relaxed-fit, tailored trousers in woven fabric with diagonal side pockets and fake welt pockets at the back. Low waist with a zip fly and a concealed button and hook-and-bar fasteners. Adjustable elastication in the waistband so the waist width can be adjusted allowing the trousers to be worn both during and after pregnancy. Wide legs with pleats at the front.
