Waist comes up large, I usually wear a 12 and these are loose on me. But I think a 10 would be too tight so dependant of a belt for these. I'm 5' 10" and usually wear 34" inseam and find these are fine for me. Chunky trainers and pulling it up a little more should keep them nicely off the ground. I'm not big on heels but do have some heeled chelsea boots that'll do the trick completely. I really like the style and deffo fall better when wearing not stacked in my opinion. Decent pockets too. Over all I'm happy with them.
