Not see through, fits nicely close to the body without being too tight (I prefer to size up one size), and good enough quality and appearance for work. I love these. Wish they were available in more colours. I buy a few of different colours already every year. I'd also prefer a bit of cap sleeve but this one doesn't have it. There was one I bought last year that did.
