It fits me perfectly. I m size 18. Bra 42b. Abt 5.6 height. I was undecided whether to buy an XL or a L. Yes the L is good for me pear shaped lady and it is ankle length. One thing the fabric cannot be detected in the foto but the fabric is a bit shiny. But because of the texture it makes it wearing it ok. I'll use it for a summer holiday. Also the dress is not bulky and will go perfect in a small suitcase. It will be right for both daytime and evening. I'll be wearing a waist cool slip to the knee under as although it is not very see through it does show if you have some dimples over your bottom. So I feel I have found the right dress and I have just ordered the red one too. Before it disappear.
