These are such lovely boots. H&M always does well with their waterproof boots for kids and is my go to. Just for reference, my toddler (17 months) is an infant size 4F in Clark's and fits well into size 2-3. We got these in size 4 for when he grows into them as they were a good price with Black Friday sale discount.
