These are indeed not very supportive because the material is so very soft, thin and stretchy. However I do love them for it. I've had a rotator cuff injury and couldn't even tolerate the pressure of bra straps on it, but these are so soft I can. They don't create much of a cleavage either because they don't squeeze your boobs together because they are so soft and thin. But the padding is just right to prevent nipples poking through. Also the beige and pink are so good for wearing under more see-through light coloured white or pale t shirts or tops - their colours go completely invisible under these t shirts and tops. So I love these bras so much, have gone and bought every single colour! I'm a bra size 28E or its sister size 32C. Although I usually wear size 6 or XS in clothing because I'm very slim and not tall. I followed the size chart measurements for this bra according to my bra size went and bought size S despite being recommended a size XS by H&M because I'm a clothes size 6. The S size worked out perfectly. Indeed if I had bought XS it would have struggled to cover my nipples. The S just about covers everything and fits right, with the band going below my breasts, which is how bras should fit properly. So I recommend following the bra size chart and not your usual dress size. The bra is quite low cut which is good for lower cut tops.
