I sized up, as advised by other reviews. I got 12 (usually dress size 10). Whilst it fitted on the waist and across the bust it still had a gap between the two bust buttons. Sizing up further would not help as the waist would be too big. Shame as it's a nice cut on the waist and it is lined so clearly the issue is with the bust cut.

Comes up really small sadly, I foolishly took the label off and wore as I was on holiday but it wasn't comfortable at all.

Tailored waistcoat in woven fabric made from a linen and viscose blend. Straight neckline, narrow shoulder straps and shaping seams at the front and back. Buttons down to the waist, creating a flared cut from the waist down. Lined.
