Poor quality
Short dress in cotton plumeti detailed with broderie anglaise insets. It features a round, frill-trimmed neckline with a deep, V-shaped opening and narrow ties at the front and gathers at the back. Covered buttons down the front of the bodice and balloon sleeves that end just above the elbow. Covered elastication at the waist and a flared skirt with frill-trimmed tiers. Unlined.
