The material feels itchy and cheap. I wouldn't not recommend
Sleeveless dress in glittery plissé tulle. Square neckline, frills in a V shape at the top that continue over the shoulders, and an opening with buttons at the back. Gathers above the waist and a voluminous skirt in two layers of tulle. Lined.
