Cotton T-shirt dress

Absolutely love my cotton t shirt dress. I wanted something loose & a bit "flowy" to wear now the weather has improved. It hides a multitude of sins & I get so many compliments on it when I wear it. I've actually worn it so much I've decided to get another couple of these dresses. I'm 5ft 1in tall & almost 60 years old, therefore I often find dresses are far to long & I have to adjust them, or they sit on my knee and look ridiculous at my age (not got the best legs either!). The length is perfect on me & comes to just below my knees so no manual adjusting, yeah! The colour is really good, not too bright on me but just the right shade & it washes easily & at the moment is drying very quickly. Definitely a recommended item & the quality is absolutely perfect.

I wish T-shirt dresses would be cut a little more flatteringly for a pear shape (or someone with any hint of hips). This could have been lovely - the cut of the arms was great and the length good too but just found it far too big up top and then only just big enough around the hips (so no point sizing down). If marketing as a dress, why not actually cut it slightly like a dress - ie very slightly nipped in at the waist and then tapered out towards the bottom? This just looked like a nightie on me 🤦🏻‍♀️ Colour was AMAZING however!

Was unsure on sizing after reading previous reviews that the fit was very small. I bought a size bigger - XL. I have to say I'm glad that I did. A tiny bit loose on me but I prefer that rather than tight fit for a t-shirt dress. Will look great with leggings and trainers in summer. Will definitely purchase in other colours. A thick material and length is above my knees. For reference I am a size 16 and 5'6 in height. Great price for a quality t shirt dress. Got this with 15% discount too. Recommend.

Attention tall ladies! If you are 5'8" and up this will NOT be too long on you and was on the edge of being too short. I was all excited hearing so many women comment how this was too long for them, thinking finally a skirt that isn't an inappropriate length on me. I bent over while wearing it and I felt a breeze, I think my bottom was either slightly exposed or almost exposed. I would have preferred a Tall sizing to make this more family appropriate!!

Love this T-shirt So basics but amazing fit Not see through at all so great quality Will be ordering another I’m a 16/18 in T-shirts but ordered a M as was only size available online and I love the fit. I don’t like oversized tops as it makes me look bigger so I found this material and fit very slimmer, maybe because it’s black but I live it and ordering another one Recommend .. 5 stars

I love this dress! I bought the biggest size as I am pregnant and wanted something comfy to wear this summer. If I wasn't pregnant I would've gone with the XL. It did not disappoint! I ended up getting it in every colour! I am 5'5 and it hit me just above the knee. I washed in cold and hung to dry and didn't notice any change in the quality even after a few washes.

Had previously ordered this in a small but it was not a good fit, not a loose as you would expect a t-shirt dress. Ordered again in medium and it was too big! Body fit wasn't too bad but length was too long for me so didn't do anything for me. I am only 5'1 though so if you usually take a medium and are taller would probably be great. Material on the thicker side.

The photos make it seem that it's a thicker material but unfortunately the white is pretty see-through. The length was also a bit awkward and longer than I expected. I'm 5'6 and it was just at my knee which I was hoping for a shorter look. Sizing down would have made it tighter and I liked the loose fit look. Unfortunately returned due to the material and length.

It might feel a bit baggy is you are 'lacking' on the upper part of your body and tight at the bottom if you have generous hips but is perfect for a lazy shopping day or to meet some friends. Good quality fabric, impossible to see-though, and nice bright orange colour. It might fit a bit short if you are tall, but with my 5'3'' it's a perfect upper-knee length.

Perfect dress for summer. You can use it at home for a relaxed afternoon, or put on a nice belt, high-heeled espadrilles and it works great to go out during the day. It is true to size and the material is thick, so no worries about using dark underwear (I purchased the orange one). Looking forward to buy the green one, once it is available on my size again.
