This is described as "frill trimmed" and from the images I was expecting something with a proper frill to it, however I'd say it's more like a trim than a frill and when it's on the bed it looks more like a fringe that you'd have on the edge of a cushion. As I'd already unwrapped it and put one of the pillowcases on I couldn't return it. The quality isn't too bad but I would say it's overprice.

This is a beautiful duvet set made of good quality fabric the frills are not flimsy and look beautiful I waited a while for this set to come back in stock it was worth the wait. It washes well and if you like the look of a Mediterranean linen look this is for you

Beautiful set, really nice quality and I love the popper close (metal instead of plastic that breaks!). This was marked as a double must be a european double as it’s much larger than our uk double duvet, and we are left with a lot of baggy loose cover at one end.

I'm not a fan of my bought-in-a-tight-spot plain white frame bed and was looking for something to make it look slightly less modern and boring. This set is absolutely perfect: the ruffles add plenty of vintage charm and the quality itself is lovely. Very pleased!

Love this! Fits my duvet well which I struggle with as bedding sizes are so inconsistent. Has a bit of structure to it but still soft and super comfortable! Would love the greige if it was in stock, and hope for other colours in future.

Lovely colour, looks great. Bought king size and it fits my king size duvet perfectly. I think there is about 5cm extra duvet cover but you don't notice at all. Pillow cases seem quite long but still look good.

Good cotton blend so will be nice for both winter and summer nights. The ‘frills’ are more tiny tufts and not much of a feature as shown in the photos. But overall an okay buy with member birthday discount.

i love this bedding! almost has a linen look/feel to it, soft but not ridiculously soft and looks really classy. it also has metal poppers on the bottom which is nice. i’m glad i spent the money on it!

Excellent quality. Substantial material. Washes well. Understated but the raw edge frill gives something extra. Will definitely buy in more colours. Indigo / teal would be great

Doesn’t wash well … every time I wash the duvet there’s another stain … wouldn’t recommend this colour I’ve always had white bedding thought a change would be nice
