Muslin double/king duvet cover set

It looks gorgeous and feels lovely to sleep in and I love the colour, it’s a perfect shade of beige, sort of oatcake shade, similar to my painted walls. I have reduced by one star as it is very thin and any time you catch a nail or a ring or anything it will pull. I’ve had to remember to take rings off at night. Not sure how long it will last for this reason. I would like to purchase another as a spare but it is a wee bit expensive. Also I don’t know if it my duvet, but it seems to hang off like the duvet is not the right size, it’s sort of stretched! Maybe it will shrink in wash? I have ordered a new duvet anyway, so hopefully this fills it out.

I've bought this set twice now, too have an extra one in the cupboard, i do really like it but it isn't perfect… like most people, bought this in a king size first and at first it was way too big for my duvet but it has come down in size although still to big. bought a double this time just just to test and sure enough fits the duvet way better (i have a king) so you can buy a size down at your own risk lol. overall i do think it's a nice buy although a bit pricy but it does wash pretty well and is still nice and comfy to sleep in.

The sizing is so strange - I bought a double set and it's so much bigger than standard double sized duvet. There's inches of material left at all sides and it's the size for the pillows. The quality is also really poor. I put it on a quick rinse before I used it, then I t's been washed & used once and after the second wash the material has split and snagged. It's almost like it's worn through. Muslin is supposed to be extremely soft yet durable, and this just seems to be falling apart.

We can't believe how soft and warm this bedding is - so much warmer than cotton or poly cotton without adding bulk. We love it so much we now have 3 sets in different colours. It's especially cosy for our motor home - we recently went to visit some French Christmas markets and we were very snug despite the snow and minus degree temperatures. I thoroughly recommend this bedding for warmth and comfort, although this comes with a limit to plain 'earth' colours rather than jolly prints.

Ordered the Kingsize, my duvet is Super King and it's a good fit. This gives the look of a fuller plumper bed, always nice. The colour is reflected well in real life, beige/taupe, the feel is not cold as some cotton can be. The waffle gives the feeling of the fabric being backed in some way although it is not. Pillow cases are the standard UK fit, the picture on the web appears to show "cushion size", well, that's what it looks like to me. Very pleased.

Soft feeling, lovely colour and material. Only one issue and it's the sizing however I've noticed this when purchasing from many stores that muslin or linen duvets covers always come up larger than the size they are meant to be (I bought king). I think its generally supposed to be the style for whatever reason. That being said I will buy in another colour once it's back in stock as I love the no iron benefit and softness!

Really happy with this duvet set. The feel and texture is lovely (no scratchy fibres like some new linens). The colour is a soft white, I’d describe it as milk white and it’s gorgeous. I bought the double size and both the duvet cover and the cases are cut generously (I bought plump supermarket pillows for the cases and they feel so luxurious with the lovely soft muslin cases on). Happy all round with the set.

I really love the fabric - the muslin is supersoft and makes a very warm duvet cover, and it's a bonus that you don't have to iron! However, the sizing is not UK sizing - I bought a King size and it is much too large for my standard King size duvet. There are also a lot of threads that are coming from the seems. Hopefully you can take this feedback and use it H&M as it has the potential to be a great product.

second best duvet set that H&M do! the linen set is amazing too. this is very very soft. fits my king duvet perfectly. i would say that the colour white is actually a very subtle off white due to the texture. the pillows are always a little odd with H&M, they sometimes gape open because of the very loose material but maybe i need puffier pillows. 100% recommend to everyone. softest good quality duvet set.

The quality is beautiful and the colour is exactly as shown in picture. However I ordered a king size but the duvet cover and pillow slips were much bigger than expected. There was about 6" extra fabric on pillow slips and an over hang of almost 12" on duvet cover. As I have a sewing machine I was able to address this but I'm thinking a 'double' size might have fitted my 'king' size duvet better.
