Balconette bikini top

Lovely bikini top. I love the versatility of the straps (as shown, halter, cross cross or without) and it sits nicely on my body without digging in (although I went up a size to achieve this fit from my usual 34, to 36: cup size was my usual and is a good fit). My only gripe is that the fastening is very tricky-the "pocket" for the clasp to fit into is very tight so it's a bit of a struggle to get the silver claps in properly but not a deal-breaker! Looks lovey with the bottoms as a set, and will be great for sunbathing without the straps.

Flattering bikini top in beautiful green colour. Band size runs small - I measure 32DD which I couldn't even get on. I needed a 34D in this to be comfortable and could have even gone to 36C, but I prefer strapless bandeau styles to fit a bit snug around my chest. The fastener hook at the back looks pretty, but it doesn't seem the most secure, like it could slip off and cause an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction, but so far it's been fine for lazing about.

Beautiful colour so I couldn’t resist- I have this bikini in several other colours and love the balconette style for sunbathing- I remove the straps so no messing about with ties. Although advertised as ‘new in’ my normal size of 34C was sold out when I ordered so had to buy 34B instead. Hoping this great value bikini top will be restocked soon. I’d say the top is true to size, but 34B is a bit small for me!

H&M balconette bikini tops seriously cannot be beaten. This style fits me so well and is really comfortable (I often get a red line round my ribs from other strapless bikinis but never H&M's). I own multiple colours and designs, and always grab a new one each year. Please don't ever stop making them!

Sooooo cute! And makes the girls look fantastic. Also quite soft and comfortable . The only reason I didn't rate 4 stars is because the slits where the clasp goes in are not just a tube if that makes sense so the clasp snags and it's impossible to go all the way through. So I just leave it clasped

On holiday now and the straps keep pinging off. It's supportive as a strapless top, but if you did want to use the straps you've got no chance. Thankfully I have others as I don't like to wear strapless all the time. True to bra size so lucky it feels supportive enough to wear, but disappointed.

H&M you're absolute winners on bikinis mainly the balconette line. Always great quality and perfect size. My only remark is to brighter summery patterns to be added to this option. This Summer we didn't have many of these. Trying to bring on the triangle tops left us without an option.

I have this bikini top in several colours now! Love that it can be worn for sunbathing and doesn't fall down with no fiddling with straps/no strap lines. Being able to mix and match bra cup-sized top with different pants styles and sizes to create my fave bikini style is also a bonus.

I have bought these previously and they were great with metal fastenings as in the pictures and were a good fit. The one I got this time had plastic fastenings which meant you cant put them on your shoulders without the straps coming loose and the size is also smaller.

I think overall this bikini top is very nice & am keeping it but I had to size up from my usual 32DD to 34DD as it was just too tight. The fastening is a cheap design & very fiddly, I have to fasten at the front & scooch it round and even then it's tricky to do up.
