I have already a few COS cashmere scarves in different colors and have been using them for years and they retain their shape , color and quality, thanks to premium long-thread cashmere yarn used. Therefore was really puzzled when received this scarf in grey: despite the same description, it was made of recycled cashmere (according to the paper tag attached) that is of a totally different look and feel - with no premium bouncy and fluffy structure, it looked rather lacklustre and crumbly and more resembled some sort of pressed textile odds and ends rather than quality knit piece. Didn't feel like cashmere, either - rather like a pile interior of a cotton sweatshirt. Plus, color was much lighter than on a photo , more of a light melange grey - definitely not a dark grey. Very disappointing... Earlier this year bought the same type of scarf in brown and it was perfect, so it felt like I received a different product by mistake... Please return COS signature quality scarves, or at least clearly mention that it is a recycled material, and price it accordingly , i.e. not the same as premium cashmere
