These run quite small, I usually buy the size med light shape from H&M. These have the elasticity if their med shape, the waist is not as high cut (they used to come up just above belly button, these land below it), and the hips are high cut(lands above the hips). I am 5"6& I wear a size 6 in their lingerie and pants

Not sure about this model. I usually wear a size medium but these are so tight, which causes bulk where the seems are. Maybe the large would be ok. I'm 5'2 and 123 lbs. I recommend sizing up in these if you want a smooth look.

Had to size up from my usual size and they kind of pushed out the squidgy bits at the edges of the pants so just made me look lumpy. Didn't really hold anything in!

Great high waist knickers, so comfortable and invisible under trousers or skirt. True size. I am 10-12 UK and this medium is perfectly suited

Not great. SUCH light shaping that it's barely worth wearing them. Sides rolled up and down. Not high waisted enough.

TTS. It has coverage over your hip bones to help hold everything in but it doesn't smooth it out.

Idea is there but they need to be slightly longer to smooth.
