I'm a busty 16. 5'9 & the Medium is perfect! I'm usually a Large in everything H&M, so definitely size down. Very, very flattering on the figure & great material. Not too heavy, but wearable most of the year with the right layers. Dress it up or down, it's fab & goes with loads. Love it!
