Evri stole half my parcel. H&M responded immediately - I called them, very pleasant and swift action to refund. Still, annoying as I really needed these shorts and other items stolen. It was the courier and definitely not the lovely store where I have multiple collections from. Because Evri have random couriers with random standards so can't trust them. My parcel had been opened and sellotaped back up. Sorry shorts but where else can I alert customers and H&M to Evri being inconsistent.
