Like the trousers, I'd size down. I bought M as normally I am S/M and I figured being 35 weeks I'd want more stretch but I have to fold the sleeves as they are too long and it feels quite baggy. Comfy, good enough for lounging but glad I didn't pay full price. Haven't washed it yet so can't comment on that
