This is really pretty. The belt is for decoration and the skirt can't be adjusted to tighten but it's good an elasticated waist and a good amount of material. I got the xs and I'm usually a 4/6 in H&M. (7stone) I'm 5ft 4 and the length was great. Fell between my knee and ankle where you would expect.
