Jacket is great, service was abysmal at best. Ordered my "normal" size online, took back to store to exchange size, they wouldn't exchange, only return then charge me reg price where I got it on sale, so didn't buy it. Had to do an online order to pick up in store to get sale price. But the staff were rude, and presented no solutions (I used to work in retail so I go above and beyond with kindness to retail staff). They made me feel like they didn't want me to be in the store.
