Alocasia ‘Cucullata’, also known as elephant ear, is native to the tropics of Asia. This Alocasia has large, impressive green leaves. One new leaf grows straight up from the core of the plant each time, after which it unfolds and drops down. As a result, both the height and width of the plant vary constantly. Keep in mind that the Alocasia needs quite a lot of space and put the houseplant in a spot where it can grow both in height and width. The plant is delivered in a inner-pot with a diameter of 19cm.
