Beautiful light yellow Skirt. The ruffles are cute and flirtatious. Purchased it at a good discounted price - final sale. The Small size fit me perfectly. I do not like when vendors say "Final Sale". AI does not always recommend the correct size. An "Exchange" should always be allowed, if not "Return".
