If your complaint is about instalment credit and you remain unhappy with our response, or we have not been able to resolve your complaint within eight weeks, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) by emailing, by calling 0800 023 4567, or by writing to FOS, Exchange Tower, London, E14 9SR.
