Oh it does fluffy! I'm a size 20 and got the XL after my last Monki cardigan came up.very big. I probably could have still gone down a size but I like baggy cardigans.

I bought this smaller than I normally would as its for the summer .. So shorter and kept open and slouchy sliding off shoulders like a big scarf Perfect !
