Fits pretty darn good. I wear Birkenstocks 40 regular which is usually a 9 1/2 US so I ordered both a 9 and a 10 . The 10 is a good fit even though the boot is slightly narrow, the larger size makes it work. I'm super happy with these stylish boots!
