I bought size 2 The waist is snug. I think the 4 would have been too large and too long for me. I am 5' . The color is great and the fabric light like a windbreaker material. Better for summer.

The dress arrived super creased and it was too tight on the waist. I'm normally a 12 or 14. Material felt like a shell suit.
