Puff-sleeved poplin dress

This is the first all black dress I've ever bought but I couldn't resist the 100% cotton, great fit and decent price. It hangs to an elegantly long, not frumpy length. I'll jazz it up with brightly coloured accessories. Although it states "puff sleeved" I didn't find the fit at all puffy. It fits more like a slightly extended cap sleeved dress. As some have commented it is a rough cotton, but I think that's what allows the dress to hold its shape.

Don't really like this. Fabric is stiff and sleeves very poufy, so the style doesn't work very well. I bought on clearance and paid very little, which is good because I'm probably going to give this away. I do like that it is cotton and the print is pretty. It might be better on someone with narrow shoulders. I'm heavier with broad shoulders and it is not good. I may try to wash in hopes that the fabric will soften and drape better.

Such a lovely dress! It's the perfect midi length on me (I'm 5'7"), and the poplin fabric hangs beautifully. Nice & lightweight for summer, and not see-through at all The puff sleeves sit nicely without the elastic being tight or with too much height. Bought in the sale, so was an absolute bargain - wish I'd got another in a different colour while I could!

The cut and fabric are nice. However, this dress is huge. I bought an XXS and there is a lot of fabric punching around my waist when I tie the dress. The shoulders sleeves are wide and expose my bra straps. I am getting fed up with H&M's irregular sizing.

Lovely black dress with puffy sleeves. The material is thick with no stretch, but the quality is really nice. I'm tall and slim and the length is perfect. Great piece for spring and summer.

Nice weight to fabric. Sizing is great for a size 20/22 body size. Plain wiyh cute slightly puffy sleeves for a feminine tiuxh and added tie.belt. Bargain.

Ordered this in 3 patterns/colours. The L was plenty big enough for 18 body size. Can be dressed up or down. Cute dress for all shapes and sizes.

I like the pattern and the way it is but only one thing made me sad is the material..though i kept it, its so cute outfit.

Large is a good fit for 18 dress size. Soft fabric in meadow print . Puffed sleeves are so cute. Pretty dress.
