Size down!! I purchased the 12-18 months size for my 13 month son who typically fits 18 m -18-24 m items. Knowing that h &m fits larger I went with the 12-18 m, this shirt fits my daughter who wears 4T. I sized it up to one of her old shirts and it's longer and wider than her 4T Elsa shirt from H&M. There is zero sizing consistency.
